If you get an error there’s not enough space it means there’s not enough disk space for that image on the server. Depending on your host will determine how much disk space you have, some can be quiet low and easy to run out. Either get more space or delete some stuff you don’t need (themes and plugins you don’t use for example).
There wasn’t a Stallion 5, there was a Talian 5 and the c1.jpg header image concept is still the same in Stallion 7. If it’s the site you linked to it looks like the header image is turned off, so check your Stallion settings ‘Stallion Colour Options >> Original Stallion Header Area Header Image ON’ and select ‘Custom 1.jpg’.

whoisgoingtobailmeout.com/wp-content/themes/stallion-seo-theme/headers/c1.jpg
Your custom header image is in the right place.
