Comment on WordPress Custom Nav Menu by SEO Dave.
I write in a technical way which must be difficult for those with English as a second language. Are you using the Stallion Google Translation widget on the right menu which will translate the entire site to other languages, does it help with translating to your main language?
All but the plugin I use for selling Stallion (the add to cart links) are free and listed below (December 2011).

Stallion WordPress SEO Plugin
These are free from the WordPress plugin repository (easy to find with a search).
Akismet – deal with comment SPAM.
Gurken Subscribe to Comments – allow users to subscribe to comments.
Move WordPress Comments – move comments areound.
Tweet old post – Add loads of Tweets automatically :-)
WP-Optimize – manage your database.
Also testing
BulletProof Security – adds security features.
And I use Chameleon CSS for the theme switcher, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you sell themes or need multiple CSS files to load.
I don’t use too many plugins on this site because it’s for selling a theme and if I added loads of plugins with features people who buy Stallion might think the plugin feature is built into Stallion. The plugins I’ve listed above only two of them have a visual effect on the site, the others are behind the scenes.
I use a few other plugins on other sites. From my recommended plugins list at WordPress SEO Plugins it’s worth checking out:
Post Teaser WordPress SEO Plugin – can be good for autoblogs where you don’t create the posts.
Most Popular Posts WordPress Plugin – adds a widget with the most popular posts based on the number of comments. I use this one on a lot of sites.
SEO Smart Links WordPress Plugin – good for internal linking.
WP-PageNavi WordPress Plugin – nicer navigation. I use this one on a lot of sites.
Because I’m turning Stallion into the most feature rich theme there is I’ve added a lot of plugin like features within Stallion, looks like you haven’t turned some of the good ones on.

On your site I see you are using the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin and the All in One SEO Pack Plugin. I do not recommend using either of these plugins, they are NOT SEO plugins, I would delete them both!
See my reviews for full details.
Yoast WordPress SEO Plugin Review
All in One SEO Plugin Review
I can see from your site you are using the bad SEO settings from the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin, I see nofollow links that plugin is damaging your sites SEO.
I also see you’ve installed both the related posts plugins from WordPress SEO Plugins, you only need one of them, so disable the “Related Posts WordPress SEO Plugin” which doesn’t have the thumbnail support.
