If you mean pointing you in the right direction to achieve something like how do I make the text bigger or a different colour, generally yes (within reason).
If you mean make major code changes and help you with the code changes, no.
If you want my most flexible theme it’s the Stallion WordPress SEO Theme. In the next update (releasing soon) every post and page can have a different layout, colour scheme, image sets… and it’s fully compatible with the WordPress Child Theme concept which is ideal for making modifications without having to modify the main theme files: when you make code changes to a themes files it’s a pain to make updates, child themes makes it far less painful.
