The Stallion All In One SEO Plugin is a built in plugin with the Stallion WordPress SEO Theme 7.1. The Stallion All In One SEO Plugin code was replaced with my own code for Stallion Responsive SEO Package, so the information below is mostly for Stallion WordPress SEO Theme V7.1 users.
All the features discussed below (and new ones) are built into Stallion Responsive V8, but in a different way (redesigned the code from scratch, so didn’t have to use the All In One SEO Pack Plugin code: my new code is cleaner).
The Stallion All In One SEO Plugin is built into the Stallion SEO Theme version 7.1+ and is a derivative of the very popular WordPress All In One SEO Pack Plugin with a LOT of SEO feature improvements.
WordPress All In One SEO Plugin
For users of the Original WordPress All In One SEO Pack Plugin the Stallion version uses the same basic database structure of the original plugin so the most important AIOSEO data: the main AIOSEO settings and the AIOSEO Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Meta Keywords you might have spent years creating, Stallion uses that SEO data.
If you ever decide to stop using Stallion the above Stallion All In One SEO data will be available to the Original All In One SEO Pack Plugin minus the Stallion Related Keyword Phrases (no other plugin or theme uses these: the Stallion keyphrase data will still exist, but no other theme/plugin uses it). Note in Stallion Responsive V8 also created a Yoast WordPress SEO version, so Stallion Responsive will use the Yoast SEO data and/or the All In One SEO data.
To use the Stallion All In One SEO features first deactivate the Original All In One SEO Pack Plugin and activate the Stallion built in version under Stallion Advanced SEO : Stallion All in One SEO ON (it’s the first option).
Stallion All In One SEO Options Page
If you are a user of the Original AIOSEO Plugin I strongly recommend using the “Reset Settings to Defaults” button, many of the Original AIOSEO Plugin options are wrong SEO wise and it’s important to include the “?cid=” text within the Exclude Pages box (this is very important if you use the Stallion SEO Super Comments Feature).
You will note at the bottom on the options page is a button link to a “Find Posts and Pages Missing All In One SEO Titles and Descriptions”. This is another plugin I’ve included to quickly show posts and pages missing data.
There’s also additional Header fields that can be used to basically do the same as add code to the header.php file. The Original All In One SEO Plugin lacks a sitewide header box so I added the “Additional Sitewide Headers” so code can be used sitewide.
If you set the options to the defaults as recommended (they are the best SEO settings) there’s not a lot more to do on this options page, you can see I’ve added a lot of NOT Recommended warnings, many of the Original AIOSEO Plugin have SEO damaging options like noindex categories (which is dumb SEO wise!!!). I’ve left these settings intact, but strongly recommend you don’t use them (if only I used the Stallion Theme I’d have removed them, I’ll never use them).
If you are looking to NOT index parts of your site use my Stallion WordPress SEO Plugin which was created for stopping parts of a site from being indexed without wasting link benefit. The WordPress SEO plugin works with the Stallion SEO theme (any theme) and WordPress SEO plugins (All In One SEO and Yoast WordPress SEO Plugin – use instead of the noindex/nofollow options which are SEO damaging).
Now we get to the really interesting Stallion All In One SEO Features on post/page edit screens.

On all Post and Page edit screens (when you create or edit a post/page) you’ll find a set of All In One SEO Fields.

Why All WordPress SEO Plugins and All WordPress SEO Themes other than Stallion Suck :-)
Lets have a discussion why I never used a WordPress SEO Plugin despite using WordPress for over 8 years and working as an SEO consultant for over 10 years (I know my SEO stuff :-)).
With the original All In One Plugin the Title Tag would replace the post/page Title Element and I never understood why anyone would use a WordPress SEO plugin just for this?
When I write a WordPress post I give it a title with SEO in mind, I’m not going to write a post about Buying a Car with Cash and title the post “How I Spent Monday Morning” and use a plugin to change the title element ONLY to “Buying a Car with Cash” and leave all other uses of the posts title as “How I Spent Monday Morning”, that would be SEO dumb.
It’s important to remember WordPress SEO plugins like All In One SEO and Yoast WordPress SEO ONLY change the Title Element (what you see in the head section) of a post etc… they don’t use the plugin Title Tag data anywhere else because they can’t easily replace parts of a WordPress theme: lets say you wanted to use the Yoast WordPress SEO Title Tag as the Read More link on category archives, the plugin developer can’t achieve this, only the theme developer can add this feature which means the plugin developer is limited in what SEO features can bypass the theme.
This means to SEO a WordPress blog you either need a fully SEO’d theme (Stallion is the only fully SEO’d theme) or a WordPress theme developer who is working with SEO plugin developers (integrating their SEO data in the theme). If you aren’t a Stallion Theme user take a look at how your theme is integrated with plugins like All In One and Yoast WordPress SEO or maybe your theme has it’s own SEO settings. Are they ONLY used for the title element or are they used through out the theme (like as you’ll discover below Stallion is)?
Why I added All In One SEO Pack to Stallion
After reading the above you should be asking so why is All In One SEO part of Stallion if it sucks so much?
Because I extended what the AIOSEO plugin does (added 4 related keyphrases) and fully integrated the output into the Stallion theme files (I could have released Stallion All In One SEO code as a plugin, but the important stuff would only work with Stallion).
By fully integrating the code into Stallion I was able to use the AIOSEO Title Tag not only to change the Title Element (title tag), but also to change the Continue Reading links anchor text, heading for comments and lots of other stuff. Before adding All In One SEO code every internal link to this post would use title of the post “Stallion All In One SEO Plugin” as the the anchor text.
On categories where this post is archived there could be a link to those posts twice from the main content (title of the post and the continue reading link) and from multiple widgets (Popular Posts, Recent Poses, Recent Comments), which means on some pages there could be 3, 4 even 5 links to this post and they’d all have the anchor text “Stallion All In One SEO Plugin”.
On this page (in Stallion) the title of the post could be used several to hundreds of times if there’s a lot of comments. I was using the original title of a post for the responses to heading, SEO Super Comments links, comment on links, Related Posts plugin heading etc… this was good built in theme SEO, but it wasn’t ideal especially with how the Google Panda updates have been changing how Google looks at links (Google SEO is always moving).
I’ve seen no evidence the way Stallion worked was SEO damaging (used that layout for over 5 years), it’s using the most relevant data available to auto SEO a WordPress site, but I could see in the future this was something to change just to be safe.
With Stallion 7 and above the Stallion All In One SEO Keyphrases etc… are used for comment heading etc… instead of the posts title which mixes up the SEO a lot and should help with offsite Google Panda SEO because there’s going to be a lot less internal links to a post using the same anchor text.
In Stallion Responsive V8 the uses of the AIOSEO Title Tag and Stallion Keyphrases is mixed even further with a major SEO leap forward in the form of the WordPress SEO Posts Widget.

Google Panda Buster All In One SEO Widget Features
Those familiar with the Stallion SEO Posts Widget (awesome widget) will recognise it’s usage as the Popular Articles widget on the sidebar of this website, in Stallion 7.2 it gets better.
The current widget (Stallion 7.1.1) hooks into the Stallion All In One SEO Keyphrases (these are added on the Post/Page edit screen), when you add a Stallion SEO Posts Widget to a widget area you have the option to set one of the 5 post titles as the anchor text and alt text. For the main post this comment is on the current Stallion All In One SEO Related keyphrases etc… are
The post isn’t very popular (I’ve not add the content yet :-)) so this won’t be shown on the Popular Posts widget :-) Currently the Popular Posts widget has a post about the Massive Passive Profits Autoblog Plugin Stallion SEO Features, the keywords for that post are:
In Stallion 7.1.1 the alt text and anchor text of the Stallion SEO Posts Widget could be set to any of these
For example you might set the alt text to Stallion All In One SEO Related Keyphrase 3 and the anchor text to Stallion All In One SEO Title Tag. Sitewide all links within the widget would look for a Stallion All In One SEO Related Keyphrase 3 and a Stallion All In One SEO Title Tag, if it wasn’t set the Original WordPress Title would be used.
This is an awesome SEO feature and is still available as above, but it still meant you’d have identical sitewide internal links using the same alt and anchor text. Since the Google Panda update is looking at anchor text more closely this feature alone would help since the widget links aren’t the only links to those posts, on archive pages (categories for example) there are links to the posts as well, they also use the above keyphrases etc… depending on link location so the links are SEO mashed up to some degree, but it’s obviously not as good as manually adding links one page at a time and changing the anchor text/alt text on every page (imagine how long that would take!).
In Stallion Responsive v8 there’s a new setting on the Stallion SEO Posts Widget on both the alt text and anchor text setting, we’ll now have:
When the All In One SEO Google Panda Busters are set for alt text the following page types use the following keyphrases etc…

For posts that haven’t got the selected All In One SEO Keyphrases etc… the Original WordPress Title will be used for both the alt text and anchor text.
I’ll be setting all my SEO Posts widgets to use the new settings and will be working on adding the keyphrases etc… to each post (it’s a lot of work, but worth it to beat the Google Panda update). If you make sure all the posts that are shown on your SEO Posts Widgets have all the settings above set on the Post edit screen it will significantly reduce the number of identical sitewide internal links.
Not released yet (will be part of Stallion Responsive v8, requires multiple files editing) the same concept is available for Categories widget which will SEO Panda Bust those as well :-)
Going to look at use the same idea on post types as well, Stallion 7.1.1 uses the All In One SEO Keyphrases etc… all over the templates, but they are sitewide. I’ll see if I can’t SEO Panda Bust Stallion even further by mashing up how/where the keyphrases etc… are used.

Note: Updated this comment a few hours after first posting, if you downloaded the zip file early download again. Realised having one Stallion All In One SEO Google Panda Buster option wouldn’t be enough since the widget can generate multiple menu items, Popular Articles, Recent Articles, Random Articles etc… (there’s more than 3 options, this is an awesome widget) so added in total 6 Stallion All In One SEO Google Panda Buster Sets, 3 for alt text and 3 for anchor text (though the alt and anchor sets have the same names, the outputs are different).
On this site currently have the Popular Articles widget set to
