You can keep your Legal license price low to reduce probability of using Nulled/cracked version of a premium WP theme.
Currently your license price is $70, my suggestion will be to keep it around $40-$50 as most people buy theme at the starting of their blogging career and at that time they don’t want to spend too much for a theme and hence go for piracy.
Don’t take this seriously, this is just a suggestion.
