Massive Passive Profits Global Exclude Keywords

When trying to exclude keywords I don’t want coming up in the search in the Massive Passive Profits “Global Exclude Keywords” area I’m getting this warning message below and all the keywords I have entered in the past are now gone. Have you seen this code below before and what do I need to do about it?… I’m hoping the actual code I’ve included can be read by you. I’ve had a problem sending you code structure before.
