This article started life as a review of an SEO agency from Aylesbury which comment SPAMMED my website: email SPAM and comment SPAM annoys me, so I reviewed it. I was REALLY disappointed when through the SEO Gold Coast’s Google Search Console I looked at roughly 6 months search engine traffic stats for the word Aylesbury and found out of 2,742 web search impressions it resulted in just 4 visitors!
That in itself isn’t a particularly unusual result for many local websites, you can have a search which generates thousands of impressions a day, but because your local business website isn’t in the top 3 doesn’t get much traffic.
